Refund and Returns Policy

Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Applicable Products: Only non-offer products are eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased during promotional events or with discount codes are not eligible.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. For exchanges, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Condition of the Product: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags, invoices, and accessories that came with the product should be intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Any item that has been worn, used, or altered in any way. Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

Return Process

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

  • Refund Approval: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Non-Refundable Items: Any shipping costs paid by the customer during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligible Products: Exchanges are available only for non-offer products, and requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
